Job Responsibilities: Define project requirements and conduct feasibility studies; participate in design meetings and propose modifications as needed.Provide technical guidance on value engineering, cost management, and project implementation strategies.Develop and oversee project timelines to ensure completion meets specifications and remains within budget.Collaborate with consultants and relevant authorities to secure necessary planning and building regulation approvals.Review construction drawings to minimize discrepancies and ensure clarity and consistency in details and specifications.Work with consultants to verify and approve all construction drawings, shop details, and samples, ensuring cohesive design.Inspect and supervise construction activities to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to engineering standards.Ensure contractors submit all required as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, guarantees, and warranties.Coordinate with consultants and local authorities to facilitate the timely issuance of the Occupation Certificate upon project completion.Address design and construction challenges, liaising with contractors to maintain smooth construction progress. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.Skills:Strong knowledge and experience in building services systems, liaison with authorities, construction methods, and building regulations.Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with consultants.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Preferred: Senior Executive specializing in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with experience in the Property Development industry.
