M&E Quantity Surveyor

Requirements Candidate must have at least 2 years of related working experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as well. Have good knowledge and understanding in M&E system. Good communication, problem-solving and computer skills (i.e Microsoft Excel, Word etc.) Responsibility Prepare tender cost submission, pricing, quantity take off, cost evaluation, attend tender interview and attending tender briefing & site visit. Prepare progress claims, sub-con certificates, variation order quotations and etc. Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines. Positive mindset, responsible individual.
