And we know that unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us think bigger, spark innovation and succeed together.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.Interface directly with clients to identify and analyse critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.Risk ManagementImplement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.Profitability and Savings InitiativesDrive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.Energy Conservation and InnovationSupport initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses.Customer Service and Client RelationshipsEnsure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user.
