Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:Receive instruction on types of machine or facilities to perform maintenance or preventive maintenance (PM) on.
Organize materials, consumables and tooling necessary to perform the maintenance or PM.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance & inspections on machines or facilities & buildings to ensure all the machines or facilities & buildings in the factory are in good/running condition & eliminate breakdowns.
Repair/re-adjust machine or facilities speedily to reduce downtime & maintain quality.
Teach/instruct operators to use the proper methods of handling machines/facilities.
Keep working area and machines or facilities clean and tidy.
Control the usage and proper keeping/arranging tools & materials.
Observe safe work practices while at work.
Follow all quality/environmental/safety standards/procedures/instructions.
Take countermeasures on all job-related quality/environmental/safety complaints immediately.
Prepare/update all reports for all maintenance/countermeasures taken.
Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / any Professional Certificate/Diploma in related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
