Machine Operator

Responsibilities: Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) tostart a production cycle.Control and adjustmachine settings (e.g. speed).Feed rawmaterial or parts to semi-automatedmachines.Inspect parts with precision andmeasuring tools.Test operation of machinesperiodically.Fix issues that might occurduring the shift.Check output to spot anymachine-related mistakes or flaws.Keep recordsof approved and defective units or finalproducts.Maintain activitylogs. Requirements: Minumum have SijilKemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing related.Deepknowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement toolsFamiliarity of productionprocedures.Adherence to health and safetyregulations (e.g. constant use of protectivegear).Able to read blueprints, schematics andmanuals.Good analyticalskills.Sharp attention todetail.Excellent teamwork and communicationskills.Strong physical stamina andstrength.
