About the role Responsible for setup, operation, shutdown and cleaning of work centers or equipments and manufacturing process in accordance with established Company's and Regulatory Authorities policy such as GMP and Environment, Safety and Health procedures.
Role Responsibilities Perform EHS start up checks before starting production activities, adhere to LOTO procedure, follow safety guidelines as trained and raise ZAPs. Perform manufacturing activities, in process checks and submit samples for quality control testing, batch reconciliation if applicable, document them as per the instructions in the Master Batch Record (MBR) and print out audit trail if applicable. Perform line clearance, operation, cleaning and changeover as per the standard operating procedure, work instruction, visual display and other instructional materials as trained. Perform recording as per Good Documentation Practice and follow principles of ALCOA in Batch Documents, logbooks. Be accountable for and proactively complete assigned learning (classroom training, eLearning, On Job Training) before due date. Escalate issues to First line leader as per escalation procedure to ensure quick resolution of issues. Support Total Production Maintenance (TPM) activities such as ICLT and support improvements projects (CIF) Train machine operator (grade C) Basic Qualifications: Possess at least SPM qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent. Fair command of English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to perform basic mathematic calculation. To understand the document, include SOP/MBR 2 years manufacturing working experience. Preferred Qualifications: Willing to work on weekly rotational shift : e.g. morning/afternoon/night shift for 5-6 days a week (include weekends & public holidays). Malaysian citizen.
