This role requires an individual with technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in operating and managing production machinery.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are in good working condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
Technical knowledge of operating and maintaining machinery.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
