Malaya Glass Products Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality glass products, is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Technician to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Machine Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art glass manufacturing equipment.
What you'll be doing Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of glass production machines and equipment.Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain high productivity.To carry out hot end bottle inspection for every half an hour to ensure bottles are conformed to customer's specification.Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep machines running at optimal performance.To ensure Mould gear or machine part removed from the machine must be put back to the special tray as provided.Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless integration of machine operations with the overall manufacturing process.Providing technical guidance and training to machine operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Location: Perindustrian Tampoi, Johor Bahru What we're looking for Possess at least Certificate in Mechanical and any related course.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of glass production machinery, including their components, functions, and troubleshooting.Proficient in performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on a variety of machines.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve technical issues.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team.Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.Apply now and join our team at Malaya Glass Products Sdn Bhd!
