Maintenace Technician / Charge Man A4

Job Description:
· Responsible for the maintenance and operation of M&E System in the farm and perform frequent inspections to ensure that the system is in good working condition at all times.
· Lead a group of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of all electrical works to support efficient farm operations, ensuring that all facilities are running in good condition.
· Comply withSuruhanjaya Tenagarequirements for electrical installations.
· Responsible for maintenance management program including corrective and emergency maintenance.
· Carry out periodic scheduled inspections and testing.
· Manage and supervise site jobs done by contractors or vendors.
· Drive cost-saving initiatives within the company.
· Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from the management.
Job Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional A4 Charge man Certificate.
· At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
· Experience in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and manning.
· Able to contribute effective solutions to solve issues.
· Positive and aggressive working attitude, able to think critically, a good team player, and able to work independently.Summary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning
