Maintenance /Admin

Assist lawyers in executing tasks- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.- Responsible for customer service and maintain good relationship with our clients- Perform daily general and administrative duties- Responsible for administrative support including data entry and monitor all relevant document required for the job.- Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintain proper filing and record system.- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words.- Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu to liaise with associates.- As training will be provided, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**Benefit & Others**:- Medical, Parking, Regular hours, Monday - Fridays.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,133.70 - RM4,062.55 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to Friday
