Position Title:Maintenance Engineer
Tenure:Permanent
Remuneration:RM4,000 – RM6,000
ResponsibilitiesRoutine Inspections:Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
System Maintenance:Develop and implement procedures, work instructions for machine maintenance.
Repairs:Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Installation:Install new equipment and ensure it operates correctly.
Compliance:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Machine Qualification:Ensure all new machines are approved on Management of Change (MOC) before starting mass production.
Machine Efficiency:Monitor machine utilization downtime and recovery time to ensure no impact on productivity affecting customer delivery.
Secondary DutiesDocumentation:Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
Contractor Management:Project Hirac, permit approval, and oversee contractors to ensure work is completed to standards.
Training:Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and equipment operation.
