What's the Role:With your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will efficiently plan tasks by coordinating resources, schedules, tools, materials, and consumables for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, utilizing platforms such as MEX, PM dashboard schedules, CBM checklists, and MYOSH. Your strong collaboration and communication skills will allow you to efficiently manage daily PM/CM/CBM tasks, working closely with the maintenance team leader and coordinating with other departments such as operations, technical, and safety.Using your proactive problem-solving skills, you will address technical issues on-site during PM/CM/CBM activities or other engineering tasks, whether carried out by the internal team or external contractors/vendors. Additionally, you will oversee contractor performance, maintain records, and lead ISO audits.You will oversee contractor management for PM, CM, and CBM activities. Your responsibilities include safety compliance, work progress monitoring, addressing technical issues, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will lead yearly maintenance plant shutdown planning. You'll address technical issues on-site with a solution-oriented mindset, managing both internal teams and external contractors/vendors.With your strong problem-solving skills, efficient task management, and clear communication, you will ensure the seamless execution of engineering activities across the plant. You will oversee safety initiatives, collaborate with various departments on process improvements, and conduct annual maintenance CAPEX assessments. Additionally, you will manage subordinates' training and performance reviews.
As a Key Technical Criteria:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Other relevant Engineering field; priority for Electrical background)
Preferred Min 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance and Engineering
Preferred Experience handling, maintaining & troubleshooting overhead crane
Working experience in leading a maintenance team within Plant Engineering with an organized Preventive maintenance system.
Knowledge in basic PLC; familiar with input/output modules, program backup, diagnose, power/signal check
Familiar with engineering and safety tools such as RCA, Method statements, Job safety analysis, and risk management
Fluent in English/Bahasa
