Maintenance Engineer

To ensure the maximum efficiency and availability of production equipment, machineries and related facilities at optimal cost and under satisfactory conditions of quality, safety and protection for the environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Familiarize yourself with our company's specific safety requirements and procedures and adhere to them strictly.
Manage maintenance team and ensure that all employees are following protocols and that they are equally familiar with the company's safety requirements.
Inspect the manufacturing equipment on a weekly basis to ensure it is functioning properly and safely.
Maintain and plan for the preventive maintenance of the factory building, facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure they are at top operating conditions with minimum disruption to production activities and cost.
Coordinate with the outsource contractors if appointed in the upkeep, repair, and monitoring of all the building facilities and utilities.
Ensure that all the fire prevention and fighting equipment and facilities are maintained properly and tested routinely to ensure functionality.
Train, improve, and upgrade the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of your subordinates to enhance their capabilities to perform better.
Check, detect, and repair all production machineries, fire alarm systems, air conditioning systems, freezers, domestic water supply, electric pumps, lighting, electrical parts, etc.
Perform any task or ad hoc matters assigned by Superior.
REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
