Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of manufacturing equipment and systems.
This role involves developing maintenance strategies, conducting repairs, and collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external service providers.
Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Work closely with production teams to understand equipment needs and provide technical support.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment maintenance and usage.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
Has approximately 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
