Maintenance Engineer

ANCOM CROP CARE SDN BHD, a subsidiary of Ancom Berhad located in Shah Alam, is an internationally reputable and established company involved in the manufacture of agrochemicals. We are currently looking for suitably qualified, capable, and self-motivated persons for the position of Maintenance Engineer.
Responsibilities:Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Responding to breakdowns and monitoring the time taken on work completion.
Supervising technical staff and ensuring every work follows policy and SOP.
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures, or fittings.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Knowledge of the Factory and Machinery Act is an added advantage.
Creating and improving maintenance procedures.
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment, especially critical spare parts.
Shift and 'on-call' work may be required, mainly where manufacturing equipment is in a continual 24-hour operation.
Translate Mandarin written language from machine manual to English and communicate with China suppliers in Mandarin.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a well-known institution.
