Maintenance Executive / Chargeman (Kipmall Kota Warisan / Kipmall Bangi)

Responsibilities of Maintenance Executive: Maintenance of various systems and equipment in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTVs. Inspect buildings and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards. Implement preventative maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation as required. Monitor electrical, water consumption, and lighting conditions for efficiency and safety. Ensure facilities are well-maintained through periodic servicing and repairs. Responsibilities of Chargeman: To check Standby Genset - battery water level, connection terminal of battery, diesel, functioning on/off and cleanliness To prepare list of load loading and monthly prevention checklist of Main Switch Board (MSB) and Sub Switch Board (SSB) Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunication, cooling electricity and refurbishment) Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards Inspect building structure for repairs or renovations Lead and supervise facilities team Ensure contractors are performing work efficiently and with productivity Requirements: Possesses Chargeman Certificate A1 - A4. Knowledgeable in general electrical / mechanical engineering works.
