Maintenance Executive

Conducts continuing inspection of buildings, grounds, to ensure compliance with fire and safety laws.- Schedules preventives and corrective maintenance and keeps records to maintain proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble free functioning of all air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, fresh air, fans, air handling units, fan coils, chillers, starters, pumps, motors, kitchen equipment's, switch boards, door readers, etc.- Assigns work to Engineering personnel daily and keeps log of daily activity and informs the superior of any abnormalities immediately.- Attends to immediate repairs through Maintenance Orders and follow up on any outstanding Maintenance Orders.- Receiving complain and maintenance work orders through telephone from guests or other Departments and assign the jobs to the Duty Technicians.Hostel and meal provided.Walking distance between hostel and resort.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pangkor: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)Application Question(s):**Experience**:- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)- Electrical wiring: 3 years (preferred)- Air-conditioning: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Malay (preferred)Expected Start Date: 10/02/2023
