Maintenance Executive

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical and electrical systems within the organization's facilities.
This role ensures that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
The executive will coordinate maintenance activities, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Electrical Safety and Troubleshooting:
Display abilities in electrical safety and troubleshooting, with either current or prior certification.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and identify areas that require attention.

Maintenance Support:
Provide input and support to define and achieve maintenance expectations and goals.
Schedule and conduct regular maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Monitor and maintain safety equipment, such as fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
4.
Mechanical and Electrical Support:
Provide safe and timely mechanical and electrical support, including preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues with multiple operating machines.
5.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment logs.
Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues or incidents.
Update maintenance schedules, manuals, and procedures as needed.
6.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as operations, facilities, and safety, to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff.
7.
Emergency Response:
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate swift repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.Summary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning
