Position SummaryMaintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair and operational efficiency of all sterilization equipment and facility infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime, process interruptions, non-conformance and compliance with industry standards.
DutiesEquipment Management:Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability & compliance with regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, guidelines, maintain accurate records, documentation, and validation protocols.
Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization and implement best practices.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that sterilization processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Development:Lead and develop a team, providing guidance, training and support.
Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:Address equipment failures, malfunctions or emergencies, conducting root cause analyses and corrective action.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Ensure alignment of sterilization processes with business objectives and customer requirements.
Vendor and Supplier Management:Establish and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, service providers and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Budget Management:Develop and manage the sterilization engineering budget.
Training and Documentation:Provide training to sterilization engineering staff and identify and mitigate risks associated with sterilization processes, equipment and facilities implementing risk management.
Education DegreeBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Required ExperienceA strong technical skill in mechanical and electrical engineering along with expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance. Minimum 15 years of experience.
