Fleet Maintenance Manager Job Description1. Oversee & monitor workshop branch operation ; pending job, OT planning, manpower efficiency2. Oversee & monitor dealer workshop operation include workmanship, operation standard, consignment stock3. Developing methods to reduce cost and improve efficiency4. Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress5. Strong analytical skills in problem solving in difficult situation6. Ability to liaise with principal engineer to solve all technical & warranty problems.7. Familiar in after-sales process, system enhancement to improve process flow.8. Great written and verbal communication skills9. Understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed10. Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities11. P&L analysis to propose cost reduction project12. Knowledge to develop after-sales package to improve customer retention rate.13. People management & development14. Excellent negotiation skills with customer, vendor, peer & management.15. After-sales agreement preparation.16. Strong business mindset17.
