Maintenance Planning Manager (Korean)

Make sure the plant equipment operate in stable condition though maintenance activity.
Planning and managing the execution of the maintenance activities and equipment inspection.
Maintain the asset integrity through daily maintenance and plan Shut Down.
Manage the budget through manpower planning, details maintenance schedule and proper execution.
To make sure all related party involved follow the quality control procedure and OCIM safety regulation.
Create long term maintenance strategies that align with organization goals and operational requirements.
Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
Review work procedure and specification4.
Observe and maintain ISO 90015.
Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
Conduct new CAPEX project that affects the performance of maintenance activities Conduct post performance analysis of completed projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Military service or exempted Those who are not disqualified for overseas business travel Intermediate level in English Experience in chemical plants is preferred Experience in maintenance of rotating/fixed machinery, piping, etc.
