We are looking for a Maintenance Sales Engineer who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to interact with various stakeholders in the construction industry, ranging from developers, consultants, and architects right down to individual owners by providing them with sound technical advice in relation to elevators and escalators.
Job Responsibilities: To prepare new contract agreements for customers' approval considerationMonitor all existing and free maintenance contracts prior to expiry and prepare new revised agreements for customer approval.Call and visit the customers when necessary for negotiation and securing purposes mattersAttend all customer telephone and email enquiriesTo key in data entry on any monthly fee updates from time to time. Also, to key in the customer's E-procurement portal for invoice payment submissionPrepare outstanding contract expiry listing, sales inquiries, sales secured, repair sales, and unit movement status reports for internal and external meetingsTo vet through any customer contract format clauses with the contract manager and service department/branches prior to sending to top management signature approvalTo plan, monitor and propose fees increment to any customer on the yearly exerciseReply and prepare any related letters to customers pertaining to the Contract mattersTo assist and liaise with Finance and Accounting Division regarding the collection of servicing fees within a specific periodTo attend to any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your immediate superior or the Management from time to timePlan, monitor and secured the maintenance fees turnover set by CompanyTo follow up on outstanding payment and collection-related mattersTo prepare quotations and costing based on Request Quotation (RQ) submissions from the Service Department before sending them to customers for approval considerationCoordinated with customers, contractors, service, planning and major repair team in the commencement and completion of servicing/repairs jobsVisit and conduct site inspection for all suspended or lost units which customers intend to award back for servicing continuation.
