Responsibilities:Perform tasks like repairing various equipment and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning, or wiring work.
Maintain electronics like refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners, etc. regularly.
Respond to and solve guest complaints or issues in a timely manner and fulfill work orders when issues cannot be resolved.
Ensure safety equipment like fire alarms and fire extinguishers are in place and in working condition.
Refurbish chairs, tables, doors, windows, and counters to maintain them for a long time.
Perform ground maintenance including cleaning and maintenance of the parking lot, garden or landscaping, swimming pool, etc.
Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and to address guest grievances.
Assist HR personnel in inspecting the staff hostel when needed.
Complete daily rounds, checking on basic hotel accommodations and identifying and reporting any problems.
Conduct technician I and II to all project facilities programs.
For senior technician Air Conditioning, ensure the Air Conditioning system is in good condition at all times.
Attend meetings in case the maintenance manager or officer is not present at the hotel.
