Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance and repair of Electrical Systems, Heating Systems, Ventilation Systems, Chillers, Expansion Tanks, water make up and control systems, fire alarm system and related equipment, PABX, all rooms control system, plumbing, pumps, motors and all equipment and areas within the scope of engineering department.Maintenance and repair of supply fans, fan coil units, refrigerators, cool rooms and walk-in chiller and freezers.Work independently, able to analyze problems and to formulate plans to get work done quickly, including procurement of material, parts, scheduling work arrangements and manpower with high degree of quantity and quality.Be aware of existing departmental Job Safety requirements and measures and to strive to work in an accident - free and safe working environment.Clean all engineering areas, work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work area clean and well organized.Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner.
