Job Responsibilities:Organize and lead day-to-day maintenance activities.
Perform all scheduled maintenance activities for all machinery in the plant diligently and in a timely manner.
Conduct troubleshooting/repairing activities during major PM and capacity expansion.
Escalate in case of delays or conflicts according to the escalation chart.
Work closely with manufacturing team members to achieve individual and maintenance team goals.
Specific mechanical and electrical skills required to perform facility and equipment maintenance.
A systematic and analytical inspection is required during day-to-day PM to prevent frequent machine downtime.
Strong knowledge in general mechanical concepts such as valve technology, Siemens PLC, and controller units (electronic devices/cards).
Experience in managing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) will be an added advantage.
Implementation of all safety-relevant topics regarding designated area into work instructions.
Ensuring all safety, quality, and environmental policies of the company are always adhered to during work shifts.
Execution & implementation of additional tasks required by management.
Support company events, audits, and certification programs.
Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.
Minimum Requirements:Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, 51-100 employees.
