1. Responsible on in-house repairs throughout the facility. 2. Troubleshoots, responds to work orders, repair equipment's. 3. Routine assignments include moving furniture, materials and equipment. 4. Maintain records of repair works and tests. 5. Ensures plumbing, water, electrical and mechanical systems are functional. 6. To upkeep maintenance spare parts and its record in-order 7.
