Maintenance Technician

Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsible to perform preventive maintenance works as per schedule for Production machines and Equipment.
Carry out maintenance activity for facilities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc).
Record and document all related maintenance activities reports such as SOP, PM, Calibration report, etc.
Assist Production Department in machine operation setting where applicable.
Carry out routine monitoring, inspection, maintenance and repair works as assigned by superior.
Attend, troubleshoot and repair any machinery breakdown.
To carry out installation of new machine equipment.
Monitor and supervise all work performed by external contractors is done properly and to a high standard.
Ensure stock for spare parts is sufficient.
Carry out any other maintenance task assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Biotechnology or equivalent.
Those with experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in HVAC system, chilled water system and facilities maintenance.
Willing to work long hours.
