Maintenance Technician (Metal Deposition)

The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.**Your new responsibilities**:- Perform equipment scheduled maintenances according to the maintenance schedules and specifications- Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform unscheduled maintenances to ensure quality recovery and minimum down time- Prepare daily scheduled / unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting activity reports for engineers and supervisors- Maintain equipment spare parts and consumables- Engage in equipment Continuous Improvement Programs- Support new equipment hookup and startup activities- Adhere to company 5S, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Waste Management, Cleanroom Protocol and Total Quality Management System policies- Support activity related to production equipment, such as material preparation**What we look for**:- Diploma in Engineering, preferably in field of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics- Ability to work shift.- Vocationally Trained, Technical College, on the job- Vacuum System- RF, DC or Microwave Plasma System- Gas or Chemical Delivery System- Electrical and Electronic System- Motor and Robotic System- Valves and Fittings System- Heat Exchanger, Chiller or Abatement System- Evaporation Process Equipment- Sputtering Process Equipment- Evaporation Process Equipment- Metrology- Diploma in Engineering, preferably in field of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics- Ability to work shift.- Vocationally Trained, Technical College, on the job- Vacuum System- RF, DC or Microwave Plasma System- Gas or Chemical Delivery System- Electrical and Electronic System- Motor and Robotic System- Valves and Fittings System- Heat Exchanger, Chiller or Abatement System- Evaporation Process Equipment- Sputtering Process Equipment- Evaporation Process Equipment- Metrology**Contact**:
