Key Responsibilities:
SAP Business One Project Management
Plan and execute end-to-end SAP Business One projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage data migration, testing, and system go-live.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality implementation and post-project support.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
Malaysia Country Management
Oversee all aspects of the Malaysia office, including business operations, compliance, and financial performance.
Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to strengthen the company's presence in Malaysia.
Establish and nurture partnerships with local clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Manage a local team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to drive performance.
Ensure alignment with corporate policies, objectives, and standards.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Leadership & Strategic Planning
Align project and country strategies with overall regional goals.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in both project delivery and local operations.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Business One project management.
