Responsible for attending to inquiries, feedback, requests, and complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner.
Communicate with shoppers and tenants.
Ensure all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.
Conduct internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hours.
Attend to emergencies and respond according to the center's Standard Operating Procedure.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, and contest forms.
Assist in the upkeep of the mall.
Maintain a high level of staff service standards.
