Mall Leasing Executive (Johor)

Job Description:- Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective &- secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.- Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retails development.- Plan and execute the leasing activities for retails.- Supporting the Head of Leasing in formulate and implementing- Attending to tenants leasing queries, requests, comments, and- Ensure timely deposit, rental collection and renewal of tenancy- Attend tenancy-related matters including negotiation, issuing legal- Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit out, Facilities Maintenance & Operations- Analyze tenants sales & overall performance.Minimum Requirements:- Degree in any field.- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Leasing, Tenancy, Retail Management or similar.- Preferably executives specializing in Mall Leasing or equivalent.- Mandarin speaker needed.
