Mall Leasing Manager

• Possess strong network of tenants and contracts. Have good contacts with major retailers in the industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Understanding and good knowledge of Malaysian retail market is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in retail leasing and tenancy management.
• Independent and result-oriented.
Job Responsibilities:Reports to the Leasing Manager with specific responsibilities for leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the outlets, include inter-alia the followings:
To Marketing, negotiating with potential tenant in new lease and existing empty shop lot and kiosk, festival season fair or events.
Contacting potential tenant or existing tenants in the phone, by email or WhatsApp and in person.
Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants.
Responsible for handling lease documentation e.g. Tenancy Agreement and Offer Letter.
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
