Key Job Functions:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day functions of the mall, including coordinating with tenants, security, and other departments.
Ensure maintenance: Monitor and assist with maintenance of the building, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities.
Vendor management: Coordinate with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, maintenance, and repairs.
Mall layout and traffic flow: Optimize the layout and ensure smooth traffic flow for shoppers and tenants.
Tenant Relations:
Liaise with tenants: Act as the point of contact between the mall management and tenants to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that arise.
Support tenant needs: Assist in addressing tenant concerns, such as lease inquiries, maintenance requests, and operational matters.
Tenant onboarding: Help onboard new tenants and ensure they understand mall policies and procedures.
Customer Service & Experience:
Enhance customer experience: Work to improve the overall shopping experience for customers by ensuring the mall environment is welcoming, safe, and accessible.
Customer feedback: Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback surveys, social media, and direct interactions, addressing any concerns promptly.
Event coordination: Assist in organizing and managing promotional events, marketing activities, and seasonal events to attract customers.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Budget management: Assist in managing the operational budget, including expenses related to maintenance, security, and other operational costs.
Compliance and Safety:
Health and safety compliance: Ensure that the mall adheres to all relevant safety, fire, and health regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any risks.
Security management: Work with security teams to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff, and handle emergencies or incidents when they occur.
Emergency procedures: Assist in training mall staff and tenants on emergency protocols and safety measures.
Project Management:
Support renovation projects: Assist in coordinating mall renovations, upgrades, or construction projects with contractors and vendors.
New initiatives: Help implement new operational initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and the customer experience.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate on marketing efforts: Work with the marketing department to promote mall events, special offers, and promotions.
Branding consistency: Ensure that the mall's branding and promotional materials are consistently applied across the facility.
