Plan, Lead, organise and execute the business development activities (such as grow the leasing clients base, build the relationship with existing and potential leasing clients, develop the grow strategies and implement the WIN-WIN situation for all).Generate and provide insightful timely reports and papers pertaining to Malls' Retails / Real Properties market.To partner internal and external parties for the Retails & Malls development plan.At least 10 years of working experience in leasing, especially in the area of mall leasing, key account management, partner development, Car Park Management and Malls Operations.KPI and partner success orientedHas strong verbal and written communication skillsAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solvingDriven and comfortable with an agile / entrepreneurial environmentMust be willing to work at Johor Bahru
