Responsibilities and Tasks:
Update and Maintain MAM Documents
Use MAM Document Editor to update appropriate documents.
Complete designated Clear Quest requests to update process options, step revisions, etc.
Run reports to verify the impact of changes and identify other components of a process that may need updating.
Understand the general Assembly process to make educated decisions for questionable requests.
Complete other assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate effectively with Global MAM Group members for clarification or direction on updates.
Foster Individual Efficiency
Maintain area certifications.
Seek feedback for personal development.
Be available as a resource and provide direction.
Follow company and department procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrate Initiative
Complete and implement assigned tasks within designated timeframes and fulfill commitments without needing reminders.
Accept responsibility and be accountable for performance.
Provide constructive suggestions and solutions for improvements rather than complaints.
Remain productive by seeking out additional tasks/responsibilities or areas and items that may need improvement.
Seek out feedback from Team Members and apply the results to make positive changes in performance.
Look for opportunities to broaden MAM knowledge.
Mentor TAG assistance and fan-out BKMs (Best Known Methods).
Requirements:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
Experience with Manufacturing Execution System
Good communication and collaboration skills
Able to lead a team
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
