Management Associate

Responsibilities: Responsible for working alongside various business/functional Groups and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the aim to prepare for leadership roles.
Performance during Job Rotation Performance is measured based on the tasks given during each rotation.
Involve in special projects and initiatives.
Provide support in group wide initiatives.
Involve as brand ambassador of MHCMY Learning & Growth Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Requirements: Degree in Marketing / Information Technology / Business Administration or other disciplines with excellent results.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, strong initiative, eager to learn and result oriented.
Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
