Management Secretary - Port Klang

PCBA and Final Assembly (FA) - Engineer / Team Lead / SupervisorJob Responsibilities:
Supervise 1 or more shifts of operators and Line Leaders
Experience as Production Supervisor in Final Assembly (FA) line
Monitor daily output, attendance, productivity and yield in line
Monitor close MO and WIP control in line
Coordinate and highlight with relative departments in solving production issues
Coordinate and arrange production line schedule smoothly
Cross department coordination to deal with abnormal production conditions
Material Receiving / distribution / storage management
First in first out on controlling material
Oversee and lead the department staff in ensuring smoothness of production
Monitoring and inspection on the daily cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging department
Daily Staff Attendance & Overtime Management
Inventory Management
Daily management, reasonable planning and arranging of warehouse storage
Manpower Management to evaluate production effectiveness
On the Job Training is provided
Ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any Engineering Fields, Business Administration or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa. Mandarin Language is an added advantage
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in production, warehouse operation or any related field is an advantage
Fresh Graduates may apply. Training will be provided
Good communication and coordination ability
Required Skill(s): Microsoft office i.e Word, Power Point and Excel
Willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
Willing to work on Night Shift following the Shift Schedule and willing to work overtime#J-18808-Ljbffr
