Management Trainee

Job Description and Requirement: 
1.  Assist departmental managers in day-to-day activities and contribute to strategic initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on special projects, providing insights, and implementing process improvements.
3. Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
4. Gain an in-depth understanding of our company's products/services, target market, and industry trends.
5. Preparing documents and updating records/reports.
6. Assisting management with the implementation of new policies.
