Job Description:
Build strong customer relationships that retain and increase customers' wealth in financial planning services.
Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
Propose financial planning based on current financial situation to achieve specific financial goals.
Identify suitable candidates and set up an interview for the selection process.
Train and develop the candidates to become young managers who are capable in financial planning services and leaders in the industry.
Requirements:
At least Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
Have a creative and friendly character.
Good ability to communicate, analyze, and resolve problems.
FRESH GRADUATES are welcome.
