The Cycle & Carriage Bintang Future Leaders Program (also known as FLP) is an intensive, 18-month program that equips graduates with the skills and knowledge our future leaders need to succeed in the automotive industry.
The FLP is designed to provide our future leaders with a deep understanding of the various business activities at Cycle & Carriage Bintang through rotation in various divisions, as well as the opportunity to develop leadership and teamwork skills.
The FLP consists of the following phases:
Phase 1: Orientation and Rotation (3 months)During the first 3 months of the program, you will undergo orientation and rotation to various divisions of Cycle & Carriage Bintang.
This will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the company's operations and how the various divisions collaborate and connect to each other.
The rotations will typically be in the following areas:
Finance
People & Culture
Marketing
Information Technology
Phase 2: Rotation within a Designated Division (9 months)After the Phase 1 orientation and rotation, you will be assigned to the designated division for in-depth exposure to a certain role and experience.
This will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a specific area of the business.
The designated division will be chosen based on your interests and strengths.
It is important for you to choose a division that you are passionate about, as this will make the program more rewarding and enjoyable.
Phase 3: Hands-on Job Learning and Coaching (6 months)In the last 6 months of the program, you will be placed into the designated division for hands-on job learning and coaching by mentors.
This will give you the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge you have learned in a real-world setting.
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree graduates in any discipline with less than 2 years of full-time work experience.
Strong academic and non-scholastic achievements, including a GPA of 3.2 or higher and participation in extracurricular activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
