Management Trainee

To participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including but not limited to sales, design, engineering and operations.To assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.To conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.To maintain accurate records of project details, progress and outcomes.To attend and participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities.To provide support to management and other team members as needed.To gain knowledge of company policies, protocols and processes.To take detailed notes and liaise with respective staffs.To observe and learn from experienced staff members.To perform any tasks, which may require by senior management team.Bachelor degree in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering or management or business administration.Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks.Demonstrated interest in business and willingness to learn.Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
