Management Trainee

TTM is opening a new, state of the art, highly automated printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing plant in Penang, Malaysia.
We have started construction in 2022, and initial pilot production is planned to start in Q2 2023.
The MT (Management Trainee) Program intends to find, fuel and spark the next generation of leaders for TTM Penang plant.
You will begin with rotation opportunities between TTM China plants, with exposure to all knowledge and practices needed in the 1st year, and then complete the MT Program at the Penang plant.

Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree candidates with 0-1 years' work experience.
Majors:
Engineering degrees of various disciplines: EE, ME, ChemE, Materials, Computer E, Automation Technology, etc.
Science Majors: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics.
Mandarin speaker is necessary for this program to communicate closely with China counterparts.
