Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Learn and familiarize with the whole Site Operation Process such as site administration, maintenance, landscaping, cleanliness, burial, exhumation, tomb construction, and service to ensure ethical management, satisfactory service, and proper maintenance.
Provide full guidance to our valued customers when visiting the site, including guiding customers for praying and communicating with them in a good manner and humbly.
Assist and coordinate sales activities with agents and the Marketing Department.
Conduct manpower planning and job analysis to meet requirements.
Prepare site reports and budgets and monitor site expenses against the budget.
Delegate duties and monitor staff and workers' welfare.
Coordinate special functions such as sales promotions and special visitors to the site.
Propose new operating procedures and guidelines.
Implement approved operating procedures and guidelines.
Ensure that approved procedures and guidelines are observed.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent.
Preferably with Management or relevant experience.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Good communication in Chinese dialects and bilingual language.
Able to write and read in Mandarin and Bahasa.
Willing to work independently and have good Public Relations skills.
