Management Trainee (Production)

Our client "?ELITE MATERIAL (PENANG) SDN. BHD." is seeking a Management Trainee (Production) to  join their company!   What you'll be doing? Assist in overseeing daily production operations and quality assurance processes.Learn and implement company production policies, procedures, and quality standards.Participate in various aspects of production planning and scheduling.Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.Assist in conducting quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.Help maintain accurate records of production data, quality metrics, and inventory. Who?are?they?looking?for? SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.Welcome fresh graduate; no experience is required, training is provided.Willingness and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, as required.Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off.Able to travel to China for 3-6 months training.Able to speak and read in Mandarin is a must, able to write in Mandarin is an added advantaged.
