Build strong customer relationships that retain and increase customers' wealth in financial planning services.
Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.
Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
Propose recommendations based on the current financial situation to achieve specific financial goals.
Implement the recommendations and start monitoring the financial goals.
Identify suitable candidates and set up interviews for the selection process.
Train and develop candidates to become young managers who are capable in financial planning services and leaders in the industry.Requirements:
At least Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
Creative and friendly character.
Able to work in a fast-moving environment under pressure.
Good ability to communicate, analyze, and resolve problems.
Fluent in Bahasa & English.
Fresh graduates are welcome.Compensation:
RM2000-RM5000 starting wage.
