Management Trainee/Supervisor/Service Crews/Bakery Singapore (salary SGD 3300)Our Management Trainee Program will train you to become a professional in Bakery/F&B operations.
Once you master the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you for higher management levels.
As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full Bakery/F&B Operations, which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
This program provides a comprehensive journey through bakery operations, leadership, and production management, equipping trainees with the skills needed to lead operational teams and ensure production efficiency and quality.
Management Trainee Program: 12 months - Opportunities to be converted to a permanent position after 1 year.
It's a 12-month contract in which the candidate will undergo:
6 months of training as a Baker - master hands-on baking skills, product knowledge, and safety standards.
3 months of training as a Trainer - gain experience in mentoring, quality control, and team coordination.
3 months of training as a Production Head Assistant - gain experience in production planning, team oversight, quality assurance, and reporting.
Requirements:
Immediate Hiring for Fresh Degree holders in any field.
Self-motivator with a high energy level.
Have a passion for working in the Food & Beverage Industry.
Adventurous and able to work under pressure.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays ( 6 days work per week with a minimum of 10 hours per day. )
Able to live in Singapore.
A mature, intelligent, and articulate individual who can relate to and influence people at all levels and possesses excellent collaboration skills.
