Management Trainee (Technical Writer)

We are looking for a highly-moticated Techinical Writer Trainee to join our team. You will primarily assist the technical writing in creating and updating all documentation, user manuals, and how-to guides. You will collaborate with the team to learn about technical documentation and concepts and figure out how to simplify techical information into eash-to-understand text.Responsibilities: As a trainee, you will have the followng duties and responsibilities:-Collaborate wit the technical, project and developer team to get a basic understanding of the reporting and documentation requirement and specifications-Learn about technical documentation and concepts adopted by our company -Brainstorm with the development team to figure out how to simplify technical information for junior developers and support team.-Edit and proofread all technical documents before submitting them to the HOD and TL -Review and update documentation when required-Creating reporting with given tools (PowerBI or QuickSight) and improving the data dashboards [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-b2b-commerce-m-sdn-bhd-job-management-trainee-technical-writer]
Requirements To join our team as a Technical Writer Trainee, you should comply with the following requirements:-Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English, Information Management, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field-Proficiency in written and verbal English-Familiarity with technical concepts and the subject matter -Knowledge of software languages, development models and tools is a plus
