JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be immersed in various aspects of KYM Holdings' operations. Through a structured program, you will gain insights into production processes, marketing strategies, supply chain management, finance, investment, human resources, and more. You will work closely with managers, contribute to critical projects, and participate in comprehensive training sessions.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Engage in rotational assignments across various departments to build a holistic understanding of the business.Contribute to critical business projects and initiatives.Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Participate in tailored training programs to strengthen your technical, managerial, and leadership skills.Develop problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities through real-world challenges.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant internship or work experience in business development, project management, or the technology industry.Knowledge of production processes, marketing strategies, supply chain management, finance, investment, human resources, etc. is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Internship or work experience in a relevant field is a plus.Updated on 6 December 2024Kindly fill in your details below and upload your resume.
