Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement a comprehensive communication and branding plan to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE).
Support to manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Support the management of the multimedia communications for the FBE organization.
Manage and maintain the webpage by developing new and relevant content.
Support in the engagement strategy to ensure FBE employees stay engaged in creating a Great Place to Work (GPTW).
Curate specific engagement activities to elevate FBE employee experience Deploy GPTW elements to increase engagement at FBE level.
Develop and deploy key business analytics to measure effectiveness of communications.
Qualifications REQUIRED: 3 to 5 years working experience in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Proven experience in leading communications and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
