As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines, with prior experience in financial reporting and analysis would be an advantage. Minimum 6 years of experience with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and leading teams. Relevant experience or understanding of Asset & Wealth Management services would be an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills. Communicates with impact, knowledge, and strong understanding of internal and external client's needs. Ability and willingness to keep up-to-date with Asset & Wealth Management technical developments. Understanding of asset management trends, best practices, and emerging technologies would be highly desirable. Excellent whole leadership, business acumen, and people management skills with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy, operations, and people engagement. Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
